Interestingly I started a thread only recently stating my belief that the Governing Body was LONG overdue to make another appointment. I think they've done the smart thing if self-preservation and continuity is their aim, which we all know it is.

That's the problem.   They rely on Holly Spirt, which is pagan, instead of on God's Holy Spirit

Maybe they have not thought up a JW version of the traditional "White Smoke" which arises from the Vatican when the decision is final?
