I'm creating a thread to make like a public journal for knick knack things like what's happening with me, my wife and so on. Kinda like a online diary, if you will.

Today I had a meeting with my wife's dietitian from Meals on Wheels, the case manager at the dialysis center regarding some changes with her meals.

Monday was a new policy change at the dialysis center that patients cannot eat or drink hot liquid while on the dialysis machine. Naturally my wife got upset (as well as the rest of the patients) and began to worry that her sugar level could drop if she didn't have proper meals in her system to keep her sugar level at a even keel.

So today we discussed the situation and the case manager is gonna give my wife a case of protien drinks that is cold, not a very good subsitute for real meals, but it can hold her over until she's done being dialylized and eat a real meal when she gets home. She could eat a half lunch before she gets picked up at 10 AM during the dialysis days, which is M, W & F.

Also, I spoke with the dietitian regarding last month's MoW bill as it was a bit higher than I had expected. So from now on, she's getting her meals for free. Woo Hoo! Naturally, I gotta figure out how to pay off last month's bill. She told me to contact her if I run into any snags.

Picked up the restraining order against my step-son from the courthouse today and the deputy dropped off my step-son's copy at the front door, so my wife will call the g/f when she gets home to inform her that he has something for him and she is to pick it up for him. Doing laundry and chillin' at the computer for now while I wait for my baby to come home.

That bastard was just here, drive-by wise.

He called and asked to get more of his stuff and I said, "No."

He's pissed.

I told him only his g/f or any of his friends can pick up his stuff, but he is not to step foot on my property.

Then I had a gut feeling he'd show up, testing the waters to see whether or not I am serious about it. So I went outside in front of my house and a few minutes later his friend who was driving and with him on the passenger seat drove by my house and he gave me an evil grin.

Then I called the cops and reported him.

The cop came and I showed him the papers that is meant for him. He asked me if he's been served with those papers and I told the officer that the papers was delivered by a deputy this morning. I told the officer that I called (with the help of my wife of course) his g/f and told her that he's got some papers and the g/f is the only one allowed to pick it up and give it to him.

The officer said he can't do anything until the papers have been served, after that he can arrest his sorry ass.

Right now, I am afraid he could start damaging some of my property such as my car or whatever else he might target.

I'm scared.

Yiz, I am so sorry you are going through this.  I don't know what to say.

Just got back from the audiologist. They'll be sending the results to the Social Security office.

Next up is July 21st for a physical exam at 12:30 PM EST.

After that, is the wait for the decision.

The audiologist was a nice guy, I knew his dad when I was a little boy when I lost all of my hearing at the age of 3 and have seen him several times over the years and now I'm seeing his son. He's showing his years now, but a rather nice man, just like his dad.

Later on, I'll be starting to pack up all of my step-son's stuff so they can be ready for pick up on Saturday. I'm gonna be clear that the stolen ladder is to be returned undamaged before I allow his friends to pick up all his stuff.

Wife's Occupation Theraphy will be here at 3:35PM to work on her muscles a bit. She hates being sore, heh. Oh well, comes with the territory.

Well, my step son was here.

He called the cops to ask about getting his stuff himself along with one of his pothead loser. The cop then called to ask if my step son could come down to my house to get his stuff. I told him about the restraining order and said that I do not trust him at all and that he is unpredictably violent. So the cop said he'd be over with him following and wanted to see the papers.

So five minutes later they show up and I handed the cops the papers and he read it. Then served him the papers afterwards. The cop told him that since now he's been served the papers, he cannot come near me or my wife. Even if I was at a store or such, he has to go somewhere else.

Then the step son goes and gets his stuff. He got about 75 percent of his stuff and would get the rest later. The cop told me that he has 30 days to get his stuff from the date when I filed the restraining order. Fine with me. Anything past the date and any junk that is still here will be trashed.

I asked the cop about the ladder and he said I'd have to take it up with the Judge. (and I will)

The step son told his mom that he's leaving the state. Apparently he'll be going to Tenn to stay with another pothead loser that he knew from jail. So he'll be getting all of his cheap pot from there all he wants.

I have a feeling he won't show up in court as he'll be long gone by then. He's also gonna avoid paying child support for his 2 kids as well obviously.

In any rate, I'll be glad he's gone for good.
