PowerPoint Presentations are wonderful. I have found many good ones for use with my 9 year old Grandmunchkin. But I would love to find some more creative ones - with music or flashy effects to hold attention. I suppose I might be able to 'build my own' - but I don't know too much about that.

I have found some good 'flashcard' ones - but they are plain. In about 2 minutes she is tired of them. Can anyone point me to PPP's that will hold attention with kids? I think they are a wonderful technology that could help my munchkin, but so far I spend more time trying to find good ones than she does looking at them.

There are some nice ones associated with Space by Nasa. I need simple math and history and maybe reading.

    My kids [G-kids really] are 9, 7, and 4.

Thanx guys and gals if you know of any.

I have been on a lot of educational groups, lists, forums, can't remember them ever mentioned. I know a lot of good websites. Are you wanting math drill or instruction? What history? Reading instruction or books read aloud? PM me if you want.

Thanx Blithe. Math drills with a punch is what I have in mind. I have found some nice flashcard PP presentations. But they don't hold attention any better than the paper ones. Something with some music and nice graphics is what I had tried to find.

Just thought some might have a few sights bookmarked that had been good for their kids.
