Both Godfather movies.  But I think Godfather II is more poignant.

Casablanca...best last line ever in my opinion. 

Big Night (if you love good film and good food, it's a must see)

A Clockwork Orange, great ending.

Nighthawks (I know, cheesy and corny but I loved it)

Cinema Paradiso (one of my favs)

Psycho (best the first time when you had no idea)

Pulp Fiction - but let's face it, that film has a great beginning, middle and end.
