    If it is true that he is gone.....I will say this.

    Jack Barr was a very kind man.....but as Barbara Anderson has pointed out......he certainly was a follower.....not the type to stand up.

    I have seen that type on many elder bodies......nice but go with the flow.

    I must say that if you insist on being wrong.....better to be nice brother Barr than the likes of Rutherford, Knorr, Freddie....etc

    Having the GB members die off completely doesn't mean anything in reality, there's always many willing to sit at this prestigious table.

    New people will create new light and to replace the old light.

    Good point!

    The appointing of the younger GB members is not the Holy Spirit's doing.  Just a strategic move by imperfect business minded men heading a corporation/organization.  These appointments will (possibly) enable them to save face & to further their cause..........$$$$$$$.

    There are several 'younger' men on the GB now. Stephen Lett is in his early 60's I guess. And there are a couple others younger than he if I am not mistaken. Overlapping indeed - but the practice seems to have preceeded the doctrine in this case.
