Minnesota drunk drivers

    Minnesota has a policy that if you have been nailed for too many DWI's, they give you what are called "Whiskey plates". This is a license plate that starts with a big fat "W", so everybody knows you are a lush. Yesterday, as I driving to the mall, I see a Wheelchair van with whiskey plates. Is it me, or is this just a bad omen?
