From what I understand, MJ gave LOTS² of $$$ to Charities, and his Will even stipulates that some of his $$$ be left to Charity, so I think it is no problem to spend his own money for something like that. Had he been a miser that cared for no one but himself, it would be a different story, actually, no it wouldn't. It would still be his $$$ to do with what he wanted. It will be his final resting place for eternity after all...

One thing they wont have to pay for is a Mortuary Beautician, MJ already done.
