    Anyone know if it's true?

    Interesting story if true.

    But apart from that that looks like an interesting forum. They seem much more prepared for impending economic collapse than the complacency one encounters on here.

    Three Bethelites in the London Branch have been disfellowshipped for believing that Romans 6:6, Galations 2:20 and 2 Corinthians 5:14 applies to all who believe. They were told that these scriptures only apply to the anointed ones and not to those who belong to the other sheep. The three brothers insisted that our belief in our death with Christ alone releases us from the power of sin no matter who we are. More are being investigated.

    Amen!

    Peter agrees :)

    Acts 2:38-39 (New International Version)

     38Peter replied, "Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. 39The promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off—for all whom the Lord our God will call."

    All the best,

    Stephen

    I think if more JWs understood more clearly the Watchtower doctrine that most of the New Testament is only for the anointed, they would realize they really are second-class citizens in their own religion.

    Personally, I used it to my advantage, when someone told me I needed to be preaching in harmony with Matt 24:14, etc, I just said, hey, that's for the anointed, not for lowly other sheep like me!

    No Apologies

    One year he bet $100.00....I tried to collect and donate it to JWD..

    Ewatchman would not honour the bet..

    It's not E-watchman (Robert King) who mentions the claimed disfellowshippings, it's a member of his website's discussion forum.

    So does this website. Let's not hijack the subject and turn it into a discussion about Robert King or his website thank you.

    yadda yadda,

    I have heard that it attracts a large amount of millitant gophers.

    But seriously, I would like to heard it from another few sources first.  Remember the C.O. going the way of the do-do thread?  And e-watchman is much trashier than any ex-dub site I know of.

    My answer?  Not yet.

    It's awful when bethelites read their bible and have independant idea's.

    If it's true, I hope those guys are ok.  It couldn't be easy to enter the workforce in a recession when you've been working for free all your life and none of your referees will ever talk to you again.  Good luck to them!

    If I was a bethelite and going to get disfellowshipped for doctrinal differences I would go out with a much bigger bang than just a difference of opinion over those 3 scriptures.

    Well its interesting, but we need some other source of information to be sure.

    I looked at that  "e-JW" forum.

    Anyone look at the "rules" for joining?

    Do NOT register for an account if...:

    • If you have not familiarized yourself with this Discussion Board's allowances for various topics of discussion.
    • If you disagree with our fundamental belief that Jehovah's Witnesses are God's people;
    • If you dispute or intend to undermine our doctrinal understanding on the anointed, the 144,000, the heavenly and earthly hopes, the New Covenant and the Memorial [Argumentation over the doctrinal teachings of Jehovah's Witnesses will not be tolerated.];
    • If you believe that this Discussion Board is apostate.

    Now that the three are away from the thing acting as a restraint there is nothing stopping them from coming here and explaining their circumstances.

    3 more people with insider information out on the Internet helping others understand whats really happening in the Org.

    The practice of disfellowshipping has a way of backfiring on its intended objective.

    3 more people out in the world who are helping others to NOT become Jehovah's Witnesses.

    The army is growing.
