got this in an email today.

    Good evening friends,
    > I just received two messages from them and Yahoo put them into the spam folder where they belong, I didn't ask to receive them. Their 'about us' page is unfinished, but I DON'T like being sent such things without knowing how my email address got on their list.
    > And I really don't 'need' something else to keep me at this computer for more hours each day do I? (according to the connection log I have been connected for 3 hours 5 minutes but I KNOW there have been several log ins/ log offs today- we each have our own log-in in our family). Time to pull up the WTL, what was that subject?... 'worthless things???...'
Yes, they are good site with news and videos.

It is no more worthless than jw-media.org

I've taken a look around, watched some videos, listen to some clips..........

I know some JWs who regularly receive email updates from the site and circulate them around the circuit....

BUT I have not registered myself......

Do these people not think that sitting for 32 hours of mind-numbing District Convention talks per year is enough? I would be irritated by this site even if I was a loyal Witness. While I was a Witness, friends would try to give me 10 page printouts of experiences emailed to them from some missionary in Kenya or Tanzania. My reaction was always: WTF? More reading material? No thanks.

The WHOIS info is sometimes interesting, but not this time:

Seem to be using the WHOIS privacy feature, the listed address seems to be the address of the privacy shield they are using.

I wonder why they employed the privacy feature? I guess they don't want people knowing exactly who they are and where they live, so that I can't fill in the infomration on my PUBLISHERS RECORD card. Oh well.

There is sure a large number of RUTHERFORD public talks there!

The WTS won't like all this recyling of old light, now will they. Tsk, tsk.
