How was YOUR weekend?

Mine was about getting s/ faced on friday, Taking my 78 yr young grandmother to the assembly on saturday, WITH A HANGOVER! Well, anyway she's my heart, the one who never judged me, and sharp as a k-bar blade. When it was time for the baptism candidates to stand up and walk that "green mile"(lol) I was amazed to see that TWO were being baptised. Such a fine growth in the BorG....my grandma looked at me and shook her head and said,"That's all I wanted to see, we're outta here." I complied, naturally.

Sunday night I spent at home comatose from hearing bad rapping at the recording studio, and putrid music repeated over and overthat was  so bad my head began to hurt and the wax in my ears began to push their way out. (Not kidding!) That night I needed yagermister in a bad way with peppermint schnapps to make stormtroopers. While I was recovering my cousin whom I will call from now on "deepthroat" called me. She is also fading when I showed her things that concerned me about the org. She called me sounding pissed off.She then tells me how the brothers are "so wack and scared of women!", and that now she sees why she'll only mess with normal men with no hang ups over their sexuality. I laughed to myself with that one. She was overhearing a coversation that the new borg member was having with another"brother" over dinner. This is what she told me.

New bro," Now that I'm in the loving arms of the organization, I was hearing the words of bro @#$%"

Reg bro," O rly?"

NB," Yeah, he said for me to cling to the brothers in the congregation and to keep the sisters at arms length not that I'm a brother."

RB,"Aint that the truth, (lol) they are SO desperate for a man it's pathetic, you gotta keep on the watch bro, keep on the watch they'll drain you." They lauhed out loud together.

Now at this time she was reaching that point where your scalp starts to itch, and your starting to get hot with piss and vinegar which is anger and disgust. She could'nt take it any longer and said, " Wow, You know that's funny, No really that is soooo funny that you guys would say such an offensive thing in my direction. Thanks guys, you both just confirmed my assumption that all the brothers here are QUEER, and to you new bro, you'll make it just fine here, no really, you will, just don't color outside the lines dude."

With that she walked out.... I was pissed for her too. I would'nt want her dealing with a bro like that. What made me pissed was that I once thought like that at one point in my life Thank God I saw the light to that sh!t.

Great weekend:

Saturday I went to a karate tournament.  I got 1st place in weapons kata and 1st place in open hand kata.  I got 2nd place in kumite (fighting)

Sunday I laid around the house reading "The Da Vinci Code".  Great book by the way.

So you went to the ASSembly with a hangover!

That must have been tough!...LOL

what pigs! I hate sexist people!    

On a better note I had quite the weekend, It was my good friends 19th bday so I threw her a party, I think i had a good time lol

Went out Friday and saw a girl I've been seeing off and on for a bit now. She was acting strangely though; very distant; as if she didn't really want me there. So I left. Whatever.

Saturday finished the primer on my son's room. He and I hung out around the house playing games and making art out of some pieces of cardboard he liked. I put him to bed and watched MAD TV and SNL and then went to bed myself.

Sun. I did some laundry and played with my son some more (it was rainy out, so we weren't going anywhere). We didn't do much of anything. Just about the same as the day before.

Funny how a name like "deepthroat" can create mental images.  It seems FunkyD thought of Linda Lovelace, with the mindset I had established from the post, I immediately thought of Watergate.  Of course I also thought of Linda a second later.

I called her that as a joke since we took a bet to see how long she could stay in before she goes insane.

Yo Daystar, sometimes that IS what would make a good weekend. To just take it easy with family, yeah those are the good times too.

Oh, the attendance I think was at least 1098 people. from that to produce 2 people, what a magnificent increase(lol)
