Interfaith and conversion; Jehovah's Witnesses vs website

    9 November 2005
Dialogue is the new orthodoxy in a multi-faith society - but where does that leave the idea of conversion? We look at conversion from a Christian and a Jewish perspective. Also: a conversation with Rev Alan Race, UK-based editor of Interreligious Insight who recently visited Australia; and the Jehovah's Witnesses are seeking to shut down a website that points to inconsistencies in their writings.

I just listened to the interview and the Quotes did a wonderful job with clear, simple explanations of things. Watchtower, as always, no show. Observador.

Hi Randy, thanks for posting this info.  I was only able to find the story at the very first link you posted though.  I'm glad this issue is getting more attention.  I posted a link on my site just now.

Thanks Randy, lets hope the unwanted publicity and all the published links to the Quotes site , may make them think again about this court action

Thanks for the link, that is great stuff.  I thought the interviewer tried really hard to play devil's advocate(har har) but just kind of showed that there is no basis for a lawsuit; all of the reasons the society is using can be shot down easily.

Peter Mosier is great in my opinion because he displays a perfect calm and reasonable manner, thus blowing away the angry apostate stereotype that the society always tries to portray.

Thanks again for posting this info.
