I tried to upload a new pic and nothing happened. Then I tried deleting the URL for the old one and re-uploading the replacement pic. Still no luck.I have an idea why it didn't work, but if I'm wrong, does anyone have any hints about how I can do this? Thanks!

OK, there's 2 ways of putting up a pic in your profile.1. Upload any still pic to Simons site, type in the URL and click upload.2. As above, but, especially for an animated pic, type in the URL but don't click on upload, that way, the pic is linked permanently to the site from which it originated.Englishman.

I had a similar problem. When you upload a profile pic, it doesn't seem to show up for a while. I don't know how long it takes, but it's certainly not immediate, so my advice is to wait before you try again.

I just changed mine, so this is a test to see if it worked. Please disregard this post. EK

When I click on upload each time I get a message in the lower left hand corner saying:javascript:void(0)So maybe there's a browser setting that's wrong?

javascript:void(0)
That's meant to happen. That's what's in the link tag on the html page, instead of the name of a web page. The link should start a little program that should start uploading your picture. If you are still having problems, write to
admin@jehovahs-witness.com
and tell Simon the browser you are using, and the version number, and whether you are using Windows or macOS.

Mon Dieu! It works now! Thanks to all for the help. Maybe someone else having the same problem will, in a few million years, unearth this thread and receive "new light" from it.
